Mechanisms of machines &their benefits



Theory of machine is one of the oldest and classical science and it is crucially important in designing machines and their mechanisms.In this blog, we tried to simplify and give brief introduction about this science so that we define the machine and its relation with motion .The machine may be a regret particle if we do not effect on it by a motion .Therefore, independent motions are the description of a machine and they can decide machine behavior in the work space.Any particle in the space can have six degrees of freedom ,three of them are translation motion and the others are rotational motions .The translation motion is to make particle transform from one place to other .However ,rotational one is to make particle rotate about specific center .In addition ,the scientists of machine theory studied that motions and try to mixed in between them so ,they come up with really interesting results in real life applications ,by converting rotational motion to translation one ,we can see some cutting machine ,drilling machines and other kind of mechanisms.Finally ,we tried to explain a little about how to automate a machine by using some basics ,starting from specifying the structure constraints and its workspace ,study the degrees of freedom of the machine,and obtaining machine motion equations to be used later in controlling algorithm
